The meeting of the Plenum of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan on special constitutional proceedings has started, APA reports.
In accordance with Article 86 of the Constitution, the issue of verifying and confirming the results of the elections to the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijani Parliament) held on September 1, 2024 is revised at the meeting.
Declaring the plenary session open, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Farhad Abdullayev, introduced the court staff and secretary. At the meeting, the reporter judge began to inform the Milli Majlis about the timing, conduct and results of the elections.
