The People’s Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe (UPLG) has issued a statement from Baku condemning France, APA reports.
The statement expresses UPLG's dissatisfaction with its Secretary General Jean-Jacob BICEP's arrest at Paris' Charles-de-Gaulle Airport while returning from a mission at the UN headquarters in Geneva on October 23, 2024 and his detention at the border.
