Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) has announced montly information on the operations carried out in the liberated territories, ANAMA told APA.
According to ANAMA, from September 1 to 30,289 anti-personnel mines, 478 anti-tank mines, and 3301 unexploded military ordnance (UXO) were found in Tartar, Aghdam, Aghdara, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Kalbajar, Khojaly, Khankandi, Gubadli, Khojavand, Jabrayil and Zangilan.
It was noted that 6118,2 hectares of land were cleared of mines and unexploded ordnance.
