Ramin Mammadov's MP authority was terminated

Ramin Mammadov's authority as a member of Parliament was terminated, a decision was adopted in this regard during the meeting of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

Note that under the Order of the President Ilham Aliyev dated April 8, Ramin Mammadov was appointed as the Chairman of the State Committee on Religious Associations.

Ramin Mammadov was a member of the Parliament of the Sabirabad II constituency No. 64.

According to part 4 of Article 89 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, a member of the Milli Majlis is deprived of his mandate when he holds a position in state bodies.
