The long-term observation mission from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), which began its work in Azerbaijan today, consists of 11 international experts from 11 countries, the head of the ODIHR mission, Ditmir Bushati, said, AzVision.az reports. The mission has arrived in Azerbaijan to monitor the upcoming snap parliamentary elections, scheduled for September 1.
