Development of mountaineering in Kyrgyzstan suggested in Parliament

AKIPRESS.COM - Development of mountaineering was suggested in Parliament of Kyrgyzstan.
Tourists spend $60,000-100,000 to ascend the mountain summits, MP Nurjigit Kadyrbekov said.
Mountain climbers have to obtain permits from the State Border Guard Service and the State National Security Committee to climb mountains in Kyrgyzstan, he said. 
"This permit should be issued no more than in 3 days, while it can take up to 10 days in Kyrgyzstan," he said. 
Many tourists do not to wait for so long and leave Kyrgyzstan, the MP said.
