24,331 STEM teachers to be provided with laptops

AKIPRESS.COM - 24,331 STEM teachers will be provided with personal laptops, Minister of Education and Science Dogdurkul Kendirbayeva said at a parliamentary meeting on June 26.
According to her, the President allocated 600 million soms to buy the laptops.
"The laptops will have lessons, plans, textbooks, and an assessment system," the Minister explained.
STEM includes majors in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, geology, ecology, astrophysics, economics, astronomy, psychology, architecture, statistics, and web-design.
