The information on the execution of Armenia's state budget for January-June 2024 has been publicized, the Ministry of Finance informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Accordingly, in January-June of this year, Armenia's state budget revenues amounted to 1,243.7 billion drams, ensuring 92% performance of the indicator predicted by the revised program of the first semester. And compared to the same period of the previous year, the revenues of the state budget have increased by 7.2%, or by 83 billion drams.
In January-June 2024, Armenia's state budget expenditures amounted to 1,232.7 billion drams, ensuring 87.5% implementation of the specified program for the first half of the year. And compared to the same period last year, state budget expenditures have increased by 20.1%, or by 206.3 billion drams.
During the months of January-June 2024, Armenia's state budget was fulfilled with a surplus of around 11 billion drams, compared to a planned deficit of 56.4 billion drams and a surplus of 134.3 billion drams for the same period last year.
