Monument to hero of Soviet Union Musa Cälil unveiled in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - A monument to the hero of the Soviet Union, Tatar poet and war correspondent Musa Cälilwas unveiled in Bishkek on July 16, the Russian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan reported.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov, Chairman of the Assembly of the People of Kyrgyzstan Almambet Matubraimov, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Vasil Shaikhraziev, Head of the Tatar-Bashkir Cultural Center "Tugan Tel" Gulsina Ulmaskulova and others.
The monument was installed on the territory of school-gymnasium No. 29, which was proposed to be named after Musa Cälil.
