The Finnish Parliament has unanimously approved the Defense Cooperation Agreement (DCA) with the United States. According to the document, Finland will give the U.S. access to its 15 military facilities and allow the U.S. to station defense equipment, supplies and soldiers in Finland, Yle reported.Finnish Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen (NKP) said the agreement will significantly deepen the relationship between Finland and the US.Finland began negotiating a defense cooperation agreement with Washington after applying to join NATO in May 2022.
