Azerbaijan resettles 3,000 people in occupied Karabakh capital Stepanakert

The authorities of Azerbaijan inform that they already have resettled 3,000 people in Stepanakert, the capital of Azerbaijani-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh.
The information about the number of resettled "residents" was made public by the Azerbaijani president’s special representative in Stepanakert, Elchin Yusubov, reports APA.
He noted that the resettlement in Stepanakert and neighboring regions will continue in the near future.
"They are the employees of the state enterprise working here and the employees working in connection with the business. There are currently 43 facilities operating in Khankandi [i.e. Stepanakert], 322 people are currently employed in the facilities. It is planned to open 37 more facilities in the near future. After the opening of Garabagh [i.e. Karabakh] University, it is planned to increase the number of people living here and to open facilities," added Yusubov.
Nine months have passed since the complete Azerbaijani occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh and the expulsion of its 140 thousand Armenians.
