The assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, executive director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Anar Alakbarov, representatives of the Russian public, well-known cultural figures, and well-known representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora participated in the concert organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and supported by the Embassy of Azerbaijan in the Russian Federation.
