The Roadmap for 2024 on the implementation of improvements and communication in the relevant field related to the Business Insolvency indicator of the "Business Ready" project of the World Bank Group was presented, APA-Economics reports.
Road Map was approved by First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov yesterday.
Measures to be taken regarding the quality of the legal framework in the field of bankruptcy were unveiled at the event. It was noted that these measures include the preparation and submission of the new draft law "On Bankruptcy and Rehabilitation" and other normative legal acts related to its adoption, taking into account international experience and modern challenges.
