The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has set noble goals under the leadership of Mehriban Aliyeva, First Vice-President, First Lady, Goodwill Ambassador of ICESCO, Salim bin Mohammed AlMalik, Director-General of the ICESCO said during the 7th “Kharibulbul" International Music Festival, APA reports.
Underlining that the fund has undertaken the burden of beautification and renewal of Shusha city, as in other parts of Garabagh, the Director General said: "We are witnessing that these works are increasing everywhere. This exemplary Foundation deserves congratulations for its achievements in a short period of time."
