Azerbaijan determines fines for persons who produce tobacco products without registration

Azerbaijan is establishing a penalty for engaging in the production of tobacco products without registeration, this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis (Parliament), APA reports.
According to the draft law, officials engaged in the production of tobacco products without registeration as stipulated in the law on "Tobacco and Tobacco Products" will face fines ranging from 5000 manats to 7000 manats for legal entities and from 10,000 manats to 12,000 manats for legal entities.
The draft law was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
