Reges Alçı-Zavod LLC (TIN – 0201402321) announced its dissolution and merger with Reges Cement LLC (TIN – 0900110221).
Yeniavaz.com reports that the legal address of both companies is in the village of Boyuk Duz, Kengerli region, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The liquidated Reges Alçı-Zavod LLC was registered on 02/27/2023. Suleymanov Rafig Rahim oglu is the legal representative of the LLC, the authorized capital of which is 15 million 919 thousand 623 manats 37 kopecks.
Reges Cement LLC was created on April 12, 2013. Kerimov Kamal Amir oglu is the legal representative of an LLC with an authorized capital of 37 million 271 thousand 662 manats.
It should be noted that there are currently several companies under the name “Reges” operating in Nakhchivan.

It should also be noted that at the registration addresses of these companies, companies affiliated with “Gəmiqaya Holdinq”, which belonged to members of the family of Vasif Talibov, the former chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, are registered.
