The People’s Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe (UPLG) has issued a statement from Baku condemning France, APA reports.
The statement expresses UPLG's dissatisfaction with the arrest and detention at the border of its Secretary General, Jean-Jacob BICEP, at Paris' Charles-de-Gaulle Airport while returning from a mission at the UN headquarters in Geneva on October 23, 2024.
