Azerbaijan is participating in the defense industry exhibition "SAHA Expo" held in Istanbul, APA's Türkiye correspondent reports.
The country is represented at the exhibition by the booth of “Azersilah” Defence Industry Holding” Closed Joint-Stock Company subordinate to the Ministry of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
At the Azerbaijan booth, visitors can see 57 types of defense-related products. These include large and medium-caliber sniper rifles, various caliber mortars, assault rifles, heavy machine guns, automatic cannons, grenade launchers, and their ammunition.
Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Industry, Vugar Mustafayev, visited the country's booth and got acquainted with the products presented here.
Note that the exhibition, which will last until October 26, features 478 companies from 120 countries. By the end of the exhibition, around 200 cooperation agreements worth approximately 3 billion dollars are expected to be signed.
