Installation of CCTV cameras with facial recognition function in progress in Sverdlovskiy district of Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - Installation of 15 CCTV cameras with facial recognition function is ongoing in Sverdlovskiy district of Bishkek.
The cameras will record violations, waste dumping in unauthorized sites, the mayor's press office said.
Recorded violations will be forwarded to line agencies for further actions.
Dumping waste in authorized sites is punished with fines from 5500 to 17000 soms. Dumping medical and industrial waste in authorized sites is punished with 7500 soms-23,000 soms fines.
