Sunak congratulates Labour Party leader on UK parliamentary election win

UK Prime Minister and leader of the ruling Conservative Party, Rishi Sunak, congratulated the leader of the Labour Party, Keir Starmer, on their win in the parliamentary elections held Thursday.
Sunak said that the Labour Party won this general election, and that he called Keir Starmer to congratulate him on his win.
The outgoing UK premier added that he bears the responsibility for this defeat of the Conservative Party.
