Some 1,100 private kindergartens were established in Uzbekistan in May-June
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – During the period from May to June 2024, Uzbekistan saw the creation of 1.1 thousand private kindergartens, according to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
According to the Ministry, the largest number of new kindergartens appeared in Namangan region – 206 institutions. It was followed by Ferghana region with 189 kindergartens and Samarkand region where 141 institutions were opened.
The smallest number of kindergartens was established in Kashkadarya region – 21, in Khorezm region – 22, and Bukhara region – 31.
