AKIPRESS.COM - A fatal car accident occurred on the Osh-Nookat highway on July 1, eyewitnesses reported.
The information was confirmed by the traffic police department of Osh region.
A resident of Gulistan rural municipality was driving from north to east on the 20th km of the Osh-Razzakov highway at about 4 pm on July 1. He lost control and collided with another car.
A passenger in the first car, a resident of Boston village, died on the spot. The driver and three other passengers were taken to the Nookat district hospital.
The driver and the passenger of the second car referred to the same hospital with injuries.
The Nookat district hospital admitted six people injured in this accident, the hospital noted.
"Three of them are in the intensive care unit, and the rest are in the traumatology department. The condition of one of those hospitalized in intensive care is extremely serious," doctors said.
