President of China Xi Jinping to pay official visit to Tajikistan on July 4-6

AKIPRESS.COM - President of China Xi Jinping will pay a state visit to Tajikistan on July 4-6. The visit will take place at the invitation of President Emomali Rahmon, the country's Foreign Ministry reports.
The heads of state will hold bilateral negotiations in narrow and broad formats. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese President will take part in other official events.
Xi Jinping is expected to take part in the opening of new buildings of the government and parliament of Tajikistan during the visit. The final landscaping work on the new buildings is currently underway.
According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Xi Jinping will also visit Kazakhstan, where he will take part in the SCO summit. The summit participants are expected to discuss economic and energy issues.
