President ratifies agreement on elimination of double taxation between Kyrgyzstan and Netherlands

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sadyr Japarov signed the law ratifying the agreement on the elimination of double taxation between Kyrgyzstan and the Netherlands.
This law was adopted by the Parliament on May 22, 2024.
The law was developed to allow the entry into force of the agreement between Kyrgyzstan and the Netherlands on the elimination of double taxation for income taxes and the prevention of tax evasion, signed in Bishkek on December 5, 2023.
The agreement provides for the regulation of relations between two countries in the field of taxation.
