Taxi service Yandex Go launched in Urgench and Khiva
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Yandex Go is available in Urgench and Khiva - popular tourist destinations in Uzbekistan. The launch of the service in these cities will make travel easier for both local residents and guests wishing to visit famous attractions. 
“In Khiva, a city with a rich cultural heritage and a large flow of tourists, trips through the service will be convenient for those who want to see historical places. In Urgench, where there is an important transport hub and airport, Yandex Go will allow you to move around the city comfortably and quickly. In addition, the launch of the service will improve the transport infrastructure and support the economic development of the region,” says Kirill Svintsov, development director of Yandex Taxi in the CIS.
Users can easily book a taxi through the mobile app by simply entering their destination address and selecting the appropriate fare.
The application shows the time of arrival of the car, information about the driver and car model. 
The users can pay for trips either in cash or using a card linked to the application.
The minimum cost of a trip to Khiva and Urgench starts from 2500 soums.
Previously, the service was launched in Termez and is already available in cities such as Tashkent, Namangan, Andijan, Fergana, Kokand, Samarkand, Bukhara, Margilan, Nukus and Karshi.
