The Volgodonsk small artillery and the Anatoly Gujvin hydrographic ships of the Caspian Flotilla of the Russian Navy arrived in the Azerbaijani capital of Baku Thursday on an unofficial friendly visit. The representatives of Azerbaijan Naval Forces met the crews of these ships, APA reports, citing the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan.
"As part of the visit, the ships' crews are scheduled to tour Baku city to explore its cultural and historical monuments, as well as to hold a friendly sports match," the statement reads.
This informal friendly visit will conclude on Sunday.
