FM: Armenia ready to establish diplomatic relations, open borders with Turkey

Armenia is ready to fully normalize relations with Turkey—establish diplomatic relations, and open the borders. This was announced by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at a joint news conference with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna in Tallinn Thursday.
According to Mirzoyan, as a result of the dialogue with the Turkish side, clear agreements were reached regarding the steps towards full normalization of relations.
It is not only about the citizens of third countries, but also of Armenia and Turkey, who have diplomatic passports Mirzoyan added, saying he believes it is really time to implement the agreements and see how they become a reality.
