Kyrgyz citizen dances on window and falls in Almaty

AKIPRESS.COM - A citizen of Kyrgyzstan fell out of the window in Almaty (Kazakhstan), Orda.kz reports.
The woman was dancing on the window, slipped and fell to her death.
First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Marat Kozhaev said the woman probably had mental heath issues.
"Her relatives say that she has mental health problems. An investigation is underway into this case," he noted.
