Security Council chief: Armenia received 10th package of peace treaty proposals from Azerbaijan

Armenia has received the tenth package of proposals from Azerbaijan regarding the peace treaty. The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, told this to reporters.
The Armenian foreign ministry had announced on June 7 that the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan was quite ready to be signed, and the Armenian party was ready to work constructively and intensively to complete and sign it within the next month.
"The process is quite dynamic, and sometimes there is progress, but sometimes not. We are working," added Grigoryan.
On June 4, it became known that Armenia had responded to Azerbaijan's latest proposals regarding the draft peace treaty. The president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has stated that the signing of a peace agreement with Armenia by this November is quite realistic. At the same time, however, he noted that the signing of this document is impossible without amending the constitution of Armenia.
