Bishkek residents feel earthquake with epicenter 37 km way from capital

AKIPRESS.COM - Residents of Bishkek felt an earthquake at 23:10.
According to Android quake alert system, the earthquake occurred to the south of Bishkek with 4.4-mgnitude.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the epicenter of the earthquake was 37 km away from Bishkek, 21 km away from the town of Kant.
The Seismology Institute of the National Academy of Sicences the earthquake measured 3.7 scores in the epicenter.
The epicenter was 3 km to the south of Gornaya Maevka, 7 km to the south-east of Koi-Tash, 20 km to the south-east of Bishkek, 23 km to the south-west of Kant.
The earth tremors were felt 3.5 scores in Gornaya Maevka, Arashan, Koi-Tash, and 3 scores in Bishkek, Kant, Chon-Aryk, Tash-Dobo village, Baitik village.
