Armenia MFA spox: There has been no meeting at Israel foreign ministry with Armenian ambassador

At the moment, there was no meeting with the Armenian ambassador to Israel at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Armenia MFA spokesperson Ani Badalyan has said.
"Regarding the recognition of the State of Palestine, the MFA of Armenia has issued a statement in which Armenia's approaches are presented, including regarding the ‘two-state’ principle. We have no additional public comment. At the moment, there has been no meeting with the Armenian ambassador at the Israeli MFA," said the spokesperson of the Armenian MFA.
Earlier, the Israeli MFA reported that the Armenian ambassador to Israel was summoned to the MFA in connection with Armenia's formal recognition of the State of Palestine.
As reported earlier, the MFA of Armenia announced Friday that the Armenian authorities have decided to recognize the State of Palestine. According to the MFA, in this way, Armenia has reaffirmed its “commitment to international law and the principles of equality, sovereignty, and peaceful coexistence of peoples.”
