French Development Agency to provide €75M loan to Armenia

The Armenian government approved, at its Cabinet meeting Thursday, a budget loan agreement with the French Development Agency.
In the explanation of this decision, it is noted that on June 26, it is planned to sign this agreement to give Armenia a loan of 75 million euros under the budget support program.
This budget support loan will be directed to the funding of the deficit defined by the law of Armenia on the 2024 state budget of the country. Therefore, receiving this loan on time is of great importance from the point of view of funding the expenses provided by the categories of the 2024 state budget of Armenia.
