Marketing Project Specialist

Marketing Project Specialist will play a key role in overseeing the development and delivery of mobile application within our organization. The employee will collaborate closely with cross- functional teams and tenants of shopping malls as well as with relative companies to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Planning, execution, and delivery of mobile application development projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather project requirements and partners and define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Creating detailed project plans, schedules and tracking project progress against milestones and deliverables.
  • Effective collaboration with outsource project resources as developers, designers, and testers, to ensure efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential project risks and issues.
  • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders and tenants and escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Daily/monthly mobile application reports delivery and distribution to relative departments and tenants.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing mobile application development projects from initiation to completion is must.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing department
  • Strong technical background in mobile application development technologies, including iOS, Android, and cross- platform frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of mobile application development, loyalty programs, online payment, bonus redeems and other related topics.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Deputy Operation Manager

Deputy Operation Manager will be responsible for managing different activities making sure the shopping centre operations work properly.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the mall's overall operational problems, including its physical management, security and safety, housekeeping, building maintenance and equipment.
  • Handle the day-to-day operations in the mall ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and guest requirements.
  • General upkeep of all areas inside & outside of the mall and realize the responsibilities he/she is assigned.
  • Monitor and supervise all operation team, security & cleaning staff, and all related third-party personnel to deliver high performance under performance follow up system.
  • Monitor and supervise guest Info Desk for the highest level of service quality to tenants and guests.
  • Being available on the site, addressing all problems immediately as they arise, taking precautionary actions and informing upper management.
  • Promote and adhere to PASHA Malls Values & Behaviours, Code of Ethics, Gifts & Entertainment and other company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties assigned by Mall Manager and Operation Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • Diploma in business administration, marketing, commerce, management, finance or similar.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (Work, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in hospitality or guest services field.
  • Excellent guest service and organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively interface with personnel at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle administrative details, and routine day-to-day issues independently, assuming responsibility without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skill.
  • Working well as part of a bigger team, but also be able to deliver and work independently.
