Responsibilities:

• Organizing and leading the activities of the department;
• Ensuring compliance of all business policies and activities of the organization with relevant legislation;
• Implementation of control over the analysis and application of legislation in civil, financial, tax, labor and other fields;
• Verification of compliance with legislation of relevant statutes, rules, instructions, orders, protocols and other documents requiring legal opinion;
• Organization of mutual relations with state bodies on legal issues, giving legal opinions to relevant applications;
• Issuing suggestions for taking measures to settle the disputes before the court (claim);
• Implementation of control over the legal provision of judicial and executive cases;
• Implementation of control over the implementation of appropriate measures in order to ensure the execution of decisions related to claims put forward in the court;
• Preparation of internal rules for the department's activity;
• Reporting to the company management

Requirements:

• Education: Higher (in the field of law)
• More than 5 years of work experience in the field of law, including more than 2 years of management experience;
• Ability to identify problems related to legal aspects and find possible solutions;
• Ability to work in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access);
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Accuracy in work and ability to pay attention to details;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani and English (Russian is desirable)
• Computer skills: Ability to freely work with office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
