Deputy FM: Armenia will attend CIS unofficial summit

Armenia will participate in the informal CIS summit. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mnatsakan Safaryan announced this while speaking with reporters at the National Assembly of Armenia Wednesday—and responding to Armenian News-NEWS.am's question.
Safaryan, however, did not specify the format of Armenia’s attendance to that event.
The unofficial summit of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) is planned to be held on the eve of the parade to be held in Moscow in honor of the 80th anniversary of the Victory.
The deputy FM added that Armenia will participate also in the BRICS annual summit. This event will be held from October 22 to 24 in Kazan, Russia.
