Today, I informed OSCE Chair-in-Office about the post-confilct realities in the region, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov said a joint press conference with OSCE Chair-in-Office Ian Borg, APA reports.
"In this direction, we believe that the presence of bilateral negotiations between the two countries is a positive format. A lot of work has been done in this direction in the last 6 months. We can note the start of delimitation process in a part of the border between the two countries in April and the return of 4 villages as a positive development," the Minister added.
