The negotiations between the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan held in Almaty have proceeded constructively, said Armenian foreign minister Ararat Mirzoyan at a joint press conference together with OSCE Chair-in-Office Ian Borg held in Yerevan, APA reports.
Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the negotiations are going on in accordance with the principles reiterated many times.
