Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Execution: Execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Campaigns Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights for informed decision-making.
• Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate within the Advisory team to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing
• Prior experience of working in a marketing agency

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Languages:

• Azerbaijani, Russian and English – full working proficiency
